Well, the verdict is.....I lost 1.5 lbs! Granted, that's not as much as I wanted to lose, but it's better than nothing, right?!?!?!
I figure it will get better as I go along...especially since I am increasing my time all the time.....
Yeah!! 1.5 lbs is great seeing you have been working out...Prob gaining muscle too so I think that is great! WAY TO GO! I hope my next weigh in goes as well!!
